Dear Friends,
Wow—truly, wow.
I’m finding real freedom in letting go of past learning that was never meant to empower, but to condition and control. Just enough information to comply, while the deeper truths stayed hidden. A carefully managed darkness.
No more.
The time has come to stand up and uncover what’s been concealed, to make deliberate, conscious moves on the chessboard of life.
This is The Free-Range Human Gambit: choosing awareness over obedience, sovereignty over submission.
Life is not a fighting art, it is a surviving art.
We are changing direction now. And as we do, one thing must guide us above all else:
fierce love over fear.
When I saw this Biofield Warm-Up Practice, see below, my heart felt it, my senses were drawn in, I wanted to dance these moves ~ and remember.
Takes me hOMe to myself, my inner core essence of who I truly AM with potentials awaiting my awakening arrival.
More and more I realize just what a PERSONAL JOURNEY this life is for all of us.
I was reminded of this in July of 2007, as I left the Isle of Wight in England, my former home and my then-husband, British author David Icke. I was traveling to Egypt for rest and recovery after an abusive situation.
As the plane crossed over the Mediterranean Sea, I heard, clear as crystal, a telepathic voice say:
“You need to get grounded.
You need to ground yourself.
Plant your feet back on the earth.”
What followed were overlapping insights explaining why?
“You have things to fulfill within yourself. This is a very personal journey.
You must realize your gifts, build confidence, and stand strong.
You have a heart to give—one that can help lift humanity in this physical realm.”
For what it’s worth, I don’t know how else to explain it. I’m simply sharing what happened. Oh and what happened in Egypt regarding ‘getting grounded’?

Back to my point with the Biofield Warm Up ~

This is REAL folks, and so are YOU.
We haven’t been broken, we’ve been misled, misguided, and lied to. Our entire lives. It’s time to wake the f*** up.
And please, do not fear letting go of pretty much everything you were ever taught to believe. We are going to have some FUN on our way out, at least this is my choice. Sadness is no longer something I choose to entertain.
I am done with the fraud, the misdirection, the gaslighting, and every other name for the nonsense unfolding before us. What is rising into collective awareness now are truths that have always existed, known, but deliberately hidden for control of our human species.

Patience and kindness to see through the rough stuff. We are all IN It. Peace is the only outcome. Listen to what is being said in between the lines.
This system doesn’t just affect us. It impacts nature itself—wildlife and their innate navigational abilities: migrating birds, bees, even our domesticated animals. What’s unfolding is beyond grotesque.
When I take my last breath in this realm, it will be having stood my ground now, speaking my truth, and will be grateful I did so in that last sigh.
“Where is the accountability? Because until we get that, for real, you’re not going to get any change anywhere of any kind, other than the change ‘they’ want.”
“… we have skills, we adapt, we mitigate, and most importantly, we took back our anatomy that you stole and tethered to a database .. when it comes to the New Years we are going to be doing .. with our biofield practice .. and we are going to have some fun, it’s going to be a good time… when it comes to what we are looking at down the road .. there’s no fight, that’s the one thing I’m done with.. you wont admit .. that’s a huge waste of time …”
